NICO GIANI is currently experiencing high demand on every style and therefore cannot guarantee the stock availability of every product. In the event of receiving a “SOLD OUT” notification, please send us an email to info@nicogiani.com and we will be happy to provide you with more information regarding our next restock. Another option is to add the product you are interested in the WISHLIST so we will be able to inform you once the product is again available. Pre-order or waiting lists cannot be accepted at this time. However, we can provide you with our list of partners who have a specific item in stock.


Our customer satisfaction is of great value to us, and we will repair any and all manufacturing defects as soon as possible. However, manufacturing defects are evaluated on a case by case basis with a valid proof of purchase www.nicogiani.com Defects we have been informed of within 1 year of use will be accepted and addressed as soon as possible. NICO GIANI’s products guarantee is valid for one year after the purchase date.


Every product from NICO GIANI includes a card as proof of product authenticity. Once the card is received, the serial number mentioned can be looked up on our website to prove its authenticity.


NICO GIANI will accept returns in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned bags must also include the original box, dust bags with attached original labels. Bags with any sign of wear will not be accepted for return. If you wish to exchange the bag for a different size, send an e-mail to nicogiani@imsomewhere.it. Please be aware that the original shipping costs are not refundable.

We ship under the terms of DAP (Delivered At Place) Customers are responsible for paying customs duties and customs clearance fees once the shipment has arrived at its destination. If you refuse to pay the tax set/tax OR the product returns due to the absence of the recipient, 40 EUR shipping costs will be deducted for the return from the original payment.

How to return your purchase: by accessing your account you can request a return. Please note that it is important to send international parcels using the standard shipping and local delivery of your country. For greater security, please guarantee all packages with a tracking number.

Purchases must be returned to the original shipping country. Returned items must be in their original unused condition with all NICO GIANI labels attached and all related accessories or instruction booklets included. Returns incomplete, damaged, worn, dirty or altered or anything NICO GIANI reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and then returned to the customer.

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's payment method. Upon receipt of the product, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the payment method provider within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once the refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at check-out. Your financial institution may take longer to process the refund on your account. Please keep the delivery note until a refund is received. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the amount repaid may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately by email (nicogiani@imsomewhere.it). Subsequently, the payment will be refunded to your account, which could take up to 10 working days. Please note that we are unable to combine orders, change dimensions, change billing/shipping details or add items to an existing order once it has been entered. Furthermore, we cannot change the order once the product has already been shipped.
