Shipping and Delivery


NICO GIANI handbags and small leather goods are beautifully packed in our customized boxes and are shipped from the IT.

IMPORTANT: International Shipping does not include duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. A tracking link directing you to the shipper’s website will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

If you have a registered account with NICO GIANI, you may check the status of your order online. Visit  “Account”, sign in to your account and click on “Orders”.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. An estimated delivery time for your order will be available to view in checkout. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.

Please note all orders will require a signature on delivery.

We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. Changes are not permitted once your order has been shipped.

We offer free DHL Shipping valid only for Italy.

For orders that are under the above price, the shipment costs will be as follows:

· EUROPE: 20 USD/ 15 GBP/ 20 EUR

Shipping times

· EUROPE: 1 – 3 Business days
· REST OF WORLD: 2 – 6 Business days

UK Shipments

In certain circumstances if the first delivery attempt to your specified address in the UK fails, you may be notified by DHL that your order is available to collect from your local DHL Access Point location. Please follow the instructions on the card provided by DHL and contact if you require further information. The availability of this service is not guaranteed and is subject to restrictions.

Please note: we do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.

Canada, South Korea, Qatar, Turkey, Russia & UAE

Shipments to these countries are subject to strict controls by local customs authorities and as a result delays may occur for reasons outside of our control.
