Returns are possible worldwide for all items at full price within 14 days of shipment. Please note that final sales items are not eligible for return.
NICO GIANI reserves the right not to accept any returns or goods that do not meet the following requirements. We appreciate your understanding. Please be aware that the original shipping costs are not refundable.
We ship according to the terms of DAP (Delivered At Place)
Customers are responsible for paying customs duties and customs clearance fees once the shipment has arrived at their destination.
If you refuse to pay the tax / tax set OR the product returns due to the absence of the recipient, you will be deducted 30 EUR of return shipping costs from the original payment.
How to return your purchase
NICO GIANI parcels will not be shipped with paper or returned invoices. By accessing your account you can fill out the return request form.
Returns must be sent at your expense.
Please note that it is important to ship international parcels using the standard shipping and local delivery of your country. For added security, please ensure all packages with a tracking number.
At the moment we are not able to offer exchanges, however, we accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.
Purchases must be returned to the original shipping country. Returned items must be in their original unused condition with all NICO GIANI tags attached and all related accessories or instruction booklets included. Incomplete, damaged, worn, dirty or altered returns or anything NICO GIANI reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore returned to the customer.
Refunds will be credited to the payment method of the original purchaser.
Upon receipt of a refund, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the payment method provider within 7-10 business days. The working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once the refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided at check-out. Your financial institution may take additional time to process the refund on your account.
Please keep the shipping note until the refund is received.
Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, the amount repaid may be higher or lower than the original price paid.
If you wish to cancel or change the order, please contact us immediately by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Subsequently, the payment will be refunded to your account, which may take up to 10 business days. Please note that we are not able to combine orders, change dimensions, change billing/shipping details or add items to an existing order once it has been placed. Furthermore, we can not change the order once the product has already been shipped.
